Summary: for two nights and one day we had no hot water to shower and all they can say is I'm sorry you'll get 30% off that's not acceptable I work in a kitchen in the hospital 13 hours a day when I come home I smell like food and I'm tired and I couldn't shower I had to go out in this blizzard which is why I rented the room in the first placeroom in the first place

Summary: The breakfast area was freezing on the first floor as was the hallways. It didn't see like there was any heat. Our room on the second floor was fine though

Summary: Very clean throughout and modern. Pretty quiet even though our room faced the highway! Bathroom was a little bit on the small side but again, very clean. Thank you for that!
